Michael was working in an office supply company when he decided to try his hand at running a business. Twenty-two years later, Michael continues to grow the business, while satisfying the needs of customers who have been with them since he started the company. Fox sees his firm as the “Tiffany's” of paper and computer supplies and excellent customer service as the key to his success. "The customer is number one. We want to take care of the customer at whatever cost."
