What differentiates Natali Taylor from her contemporaries? More than a generation of professional experience in the area of Customer Service. A review of Natali's employment history further underscores the distinction: Nearly every position held contains the words "customer", "service", or "representative".

 

From the hours she spent assisting her mother in her first job as a switchboard operator in a car dealership, to a career in Law Enforcement with the California Highway Patrol and Redondo Beach Police Department, to her most recent post managing large organizations of service representatives, Natali has distinguished herself as someone that protects the customer's interests.

 

Her passion for quality service is shared by her peers and subordinates. As JET's Vice President and COO, Natali's experience and education (she received her BA in Business from the University of La Verne) benefit a broad array of customer types and sizes. Her viewpoints are especially valued by retailers and marketers whose products and services are focused on women. She is active in her community and serves as a role model for others that are determined to see their lives make a difference.
