As CEO of NY's Black Ink Communications, he grow his company from one to five offices before joining the Washington, DC office of Arnold Worldwide as its SVP, Director of Interactive & Direct Response. While there, he delivered 30% of the office's $200 million in billings and 40% of its profits.

 

As Circle.com's EVP/District Manager (Mid-Atlantic Region) he increased revenue by 400% in just six months. Norman exceeds client expectations through value-driven partnerships, alliances and initiatives, that improve his clients' value propositions and enable his partners to grow and thrive.
